For credit terms and Premium or Enterprise tiers, we may request a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation, recent financial statements or bank reference, and a completed credit application form, which our team will send once your initial application is reviewed.

Standard accounts are typically activated within 24 to 48 hours of application submission. Accounts requiring credit assessment or Enterprise custom agreements may take 3 to 5 business days. Your account manager will keep you informed throughout.

No. CGN business accounts have no minimum shipment commitment or monthly volume requirement. You ship when you need to and only pay for what you use. Volume discounts apply from your first shipment regardless of frequency.

Yes, subject to credit approval. If your account passes the credit assessment, net 30 day terms are applied from your first invoice. Net 60 day terms are available for Premium accounts with a satisfactory trading history or strong credit profile.

You will receive an automated confirmation with your application reference number immediately. A member of our business team will contact you by email or phone within 2 business hours to confirm receipt and discuss next steps. Yes. Account tiers are reviewed quarterly by your account manager based on shipment volume and value. You can also request an upgrade at any time by contacting your account manager directly.
