Supply Chain Responsibility
Holding Our Partners to the Same Standard.
CGN's sustainability obligations extend beyond our own operations. Every Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier in our network is assessed against our ESG supplier code. Non-compliant suppliers receive a structured improvement plan or are replaced. By 2027, 100% compliance is required.

Carbon Emissions: Scope 1, 2 and 3
Full greenhouse gas inventory covering our own operations, purchased energy, and customer shipments across every freight mode and market.
Energy Consumption and Sources
Total energy use by facility and fleet, broken down by renewable and non-renewable sources with year-on-year trend analysis.
Packaging and Waste
Packaging material per shipment, total operational waste, recycling rates, and progress towards eliminating single-use plastics across all operations.
Workforce, Diversity and Safety
Gender pay gap analysis, diversity metrics, employee safety records, training investment per employee, and living wage compliance data.
Governance and Ethics
Anti-bribery compliance, data privacy incidents, supplier code adherence, board-level ESG oversight structures, and whistleblower policy effectiveness.
Community Investment
Total value of community investment, volunteer hours, humanitarian logistics support provided, and beneficiaries reached through NGO and relief partnerships.

Every CGN Express city courier vehicle across all operating markets converted to zero emission electric. All combustion engine vehicles retired from city operations.
